Delivery

Orders received by 12 noon are normally despatched for delivery the next working day, excluding weekends, or on the next planned delivery day to your area.

Special deliveries including a Saturday can be arranged but will incur an extra delivery charge.

Some items such as heavy catering equipment and some crockery may have an extended delivery time although usually within 7 days. Equipment may be sent direct from our suppliers depending on the product.

We will contact you after receiving your order to advise of any delays, if any items are not in stock we will back order for you unless you advise that you wish us to cancel any back order items.

Vat will be added to all orders from the UK or the European Union at the current UK rate of Vat.

Direct Delivery Items

Some items such as heavy or bulky items and some items of crockery have an extended delivery time as they are delivery directly from our supplier.

Although most items will be delivered to you within 5-7 working days we cannot guarantee delivery times for these products.

Delivery of machines, refrigeration and all flat-pack items will be made to the ground floor entrance to the building. It does not include negotiating lifts or stairs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products ordered will fit through doorways and into their premises. We cannot accept responsibility if it will not fit. Any carriage charges caused by an aborted delivery are the customers’ responsibility.

Delivery does not include unpacking or positioning or assembling items.

We have depots in Aberdeen, Livingston, Inverness and Carlisle and we deliver into and near the following areas at least every day:

• Aberdeen
• Fife
• Edinburgh
• Glasgow
• Carlisle
• Inverness

We also deliver to other areas within Scotland and the North West of England at least twice per week.
